Price: $10 for Curves members, $30 for non-members
Attendance to all class sessions is mandatory for credit towards the Lifetime Practice and Return Policy.
The class schedule will be conducted as follows:
Saturday Dec. 10 from 9AM-12PM, 1PM-4PM, 5PM-8PM
and
Sunday Dec. 11 from 1PM-4PM.

Concerning All Classes:
Who may attend classes: Women aged 13 and up who are physically fit enough to do mild to moderate physical activity. If you are pregnant, you will not be allowed to take the class.
Please note: Attendance to the final class like the others is mandatory, but participation in the simulation during that session is completely optional.

Cost
Included in the price:
- full payment of the course (all 12 hours)
- printing costs (students will receive a 66 page student manual bound in a 3-ring binder as well as additional paperwork for health and parental permission if the student is under 18 years of age -- privacy is protected and will not be shared with anyone other than the instructor(s) under HIPAA law)
- overhead costs (rental of the facility)
- equipment use costs
